    Error Bar Chart
    In This Topic

An Error Chart can be used to indicate estimated error in a measurement. The error values are shown as "T" and upside-down "T" symbols above and below the primary value. The most common Error Chart displays errors only in Y values. XY Error Charts can display errors both in X and Y values. XYZ Error Charts are available in 3D mode if you need to display errors for X, Y and Z values simultaneously.

    X Error Bars

This group of controls define the visibility and size of X error bars (shown only when the series operates in XY or XYZ scatter mode):

Show Lower Error X / Show Upper Error X - defines the visibility of upper and lower X error bars.
Size X - the size of X error bars in points.

    Y Error Bars

This group of controls define the visibility and size of Y error bars:

Show Lower Error Y / Show Upper Error Y - defines the visibility of upper and lower Y error bars.
Size Y - the size of Y error bars in points.

    Z Error Bars

This group of controls define the visibility and size of Y error bars (shown only when the series operates in XYZ scatter mode):

Show Lower Error Z / Show Upper Error Z - defines the visibility of upper and lower Z error bars.
Size Z - the size of Y error bars in points.

     Automatic Data Labels Positioning
The automatic positioning of data labels is the data point center.
     Automatic Legend Mode
The automatic legend mode in all subtypes evaluates to series (e.g. the series is displayed in the legend).
