The Axes page of the currently selected charting type is filled with the polar axes, in case the currently selected charting type of the chart area is a polar chart (see Chart Areas for more information). The Polar Axes model consists of two axes which are summarized in the following table: 

Axis	Description
Polar Value Axis	Scales the values of the radar series in the values dimension of the polar coordinate. Always uses a Numeric scale.
Polar Angle Axis	Scales the angles of the radar series in the angles dimension of the polar coordinate. Always uses a cyclic Angular scale.
